Are you currently accepting new patients?

Yes! We are currently welcoming new patients to our practice. Initial new patient appointments are scheduled for 1.5 hours to allow for a thorough evaluation of your oral health. Please note that the latest available time for a new patient appointment is 3:00 PM.

What should I expect on my first visit?

  • Arrival: We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete intake forms and verify insurance if not done beforehand.
  • Digital Imaging: Our dental hygienist will take full mouth X-rays.
  • Hygiene Care: A registered dental hygienist will perform a cleaning, polish, and provide tailored home care instruction.
  • Consultation: Dr. Daniel Seay will join you for a comprehensive exam and a face-to-face consultation to discuss your treatment options.
  • Next Steps: Our front office team will assist with scheduling follow-ups or your next preventive visit.

Which insurance providers are you in-network with?

We are currently in-network with the following PPO plans:

We DO NOT accept TennCare, DHMO or HMO policies.

Why do I need to update my paperwork annually?

To maintain current and accurate records, we require annual updates to your patient and insurance information, medical/dental history, and HIPAA notices. A signed HIPAA policy is required for all patients prior to receiving treatment.
